Spring Term

Welcome to Spring Term!

Our school system has changed this half term due to school closures and online teaching. However the outline of the term remains the same so please take a look so you know what our focus is for each subject over the half term.

Our topic throughout the Spring term is 'Whatever the weather' where we will be learning all about the weather in our country and comparing with other countries. We will be looking at extreme weather and even looking at how weather has affected where we live 'through the Treeton Floods'. The KS1 teachers have worked hard to ensure our planning continually revisits any potential lost learning from the Summer term and have incorporated this throughout the year.

During Spring 2 we will be focusing on significant events of the past and finding out about 'The great fire of London'. More information to follow closer to the time.
